Collagen to help nails and hair

UPDATE

Here’s a quick update on my nails as of 23/6/2025.

I have tried lots of hand creams, oils and liquids that claim to make your nails grow. Most I have to say work, for a short while but long term don’t.

This collagen powder DOES work. I am so much happier with my nails now. Take a look below then look at how my nails were prior to starting the powder.
